Goodwood FOS is where its at from what I hear.. decent cars and motorcycles. if you like road racing, Isle of Man TT is the pinnacle. Honestly, it is quite hard to beat the adrenaline especially watching the helmet cams..
-
@louisbosco I watched this one the other day. It’s amazing how little the front wheel is on the ground.

That was one of the most amazing incidents I’ve ever seen MOTOGP.
I remember watching it ‘live’ on tv and I could believe how everyone involve got away unscathed
Rossi face was white a a sheet when they got back to the pits… and to think they all went at it again 100% on the restart!!!!

Goodwood FOS is great but can be VERY busy now, I've only ever been on the Sunday, but Friday might be better.
Getting up and close with some of the metal is great though. The old group B cars a favourite of mine to look over.

My 83’ Yamaha xt600 Tenere that I rebuilt last spring… it’s quite competent for a bit of light off-roading and ideal for pottering on the tight twists road where I live

Nice bike! And congrats on your rebuild, she looks impeccable for an ‘83 model.
Wish I could rebuild my ‘81 Honda XL250R to such a high standard.
Enjoy it @Baba-san -
any opinions on a 2009 triumph speed triple 1050?
-
Great bikes. Reviews of them were great and a mate had one and loved the thing. He used to wheelie it everywhere.

I've been looking about for a motorcycle. been thinking about a Honda 900hornet, to eventually build down the road. but then I saw a speed triple at a decent price..
funny enough, the first review I had read was a rider with plenty of issues mechanically with his speed triple but nonetheless loved the ride of it.

Chugging along with my ‘71 CL175, got in a fight with the exhaust today since the dual exhaust is tapered in… also drilled all of the exhaust shield bolts out since the heads were seized, the 21oz definitely saved my legs when I kneeled on some metal shavingsSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
