IH-633S - Self Edge x Iron Heart 21oz Selvedge Straight Tapered

That's great news Kiya! How long does that give me to get the funds together? Also, if i'm a w34 in the 634S, do I go w34 in these or could I size down? Measurements seem to suggest I could. Thanks for helping me avoid a month or 2 of soup
I wouldn't size down, even though the waist runs a hair bigger than the 634s. Sizing down would negate the idea behind the cut, which is to have some decent room in the top block while maintaining a slim look below the thigh.

Great news Kiya. I too would love to see these in another denim. 18oz or 25oz would be amazing.

We may do another type of denim early next year, but definitely not out of the 25oz fabric. Most probably something around the 18oz or 19oz range.
Ok cool, thanks Kiya. W34 it'll be for me then when I get the funds together. How long will the next run take to arrive?
@ruben: thanks for the help mate. Can't wait to land a pair of these bad boys
Hard to say right now, we just got the first run in so it won't be for a long while before we get another run.

18-19oz early next year will be perfect for me. Maybe just in time for the next HWDC

18oz would be great to see.

@ruben : Another boss fit pic mate. You gonna get them hemmed? I'd be looking at lopping 3 inches off the length but wonder what impact that'll have on the leg opening measurement. Don't suppose you could measure the leg width on yours 3 inches from the bottom to see how much wider it is than the leg opening could ya mate? Ta very much man
-
@bertoni thanks man. I'll be getting hemmed sooner or later, will be going for an inseam of 32.5 or 33". I actually already took the measurement you're asking about, can't remember it precisely so will check again later. It's something I asked @kiya before purchasing and he suggested a 32" inseam would increase the leg opening by approximately .3"

The wait continues for the perfect cut in the 25oz denim…

Out of curiosity, why do you want 25oz denim?
(this is an honest question, not trying to be weird here..) -
Out of curiosity, why do you want 25oz denim?
(this is an honest question, not trying to be weird here..)Everyone that has it seems to rave about it, I've seen a lot of people on this forum (and SuFu) say it's their favorite denim. And I'll admit part of it is just the sheer over-the-top factor of the ultimate heavyweight denim (even though I suspect that the denim on my sexihxlsxa13's is probably even more hardcore than the 25oz). I'll probably end up getting the 666-XHS because it's close to the right cut but I keep hoping for a cut I'll like better.

I decided to give these a whirl. I like the waist and thigh measurements in combination with the smaller hem. I'm thinking that this just might work well with my body type. I'll have to put my SEXIH-22 301 and MBB on the block, but as of late I'm not wearing them anyway.

Nice pick up, Ane. I really like the way they measure up as well.
