Found something interesting while reading Inventory Magazine Fall-Winter 2010 issue…
From the article about Mauricio Donadi (head of Levi's XX division and Made & Crafted):

They don't do subcriptions, they're published and distributed by two guys, we've carried the magazine at Self Edge since the first issue and i think we're still the only place to buy it in the US.
