Thought that it would be useful to give you sizing inf of my tagged 33's. One hot soak and one weeks constant wear:
Waist 34
FR 10.5
RR 15
Thighb 12
Knee 8.5
Cuff 8.25
Inseam 36I get more compliments in these jeans than any other pair I have ever owned - and I thought I was not a slim jean dude…..

My personal view is that what your waist measures is to a great part academic. My actual waist is way higher than the waist band of my jeans. What is important is what a pair of jeans you have worn for a while actually measure and then make some informed adjustments depening upin the rise.
I get returns every day from people who either measure their actual waist or believe the tag-size bullshit on their existing jeans. Example, I am having a pair of 34 634S retunred today because the customer wears a tag size 34 in a pair of Levis, the poor dude, could not even do the bottom button up, I suspect the actual measurements of those "34's" is closer to 37….........

I soaked it a couple of days ago, lt it dry until I put it on this morning, and I went WOW. This is the best fabric, so freaking stiff, the blue is so deep and dark. It is very elegant, no need for an OD'ing. I still rank the SR's a shade above because the weight is so impressive.
The lined pockets show an attention to detail I just love.
What's surprising is that the 34 waist is as snug as my 32 SR's. I'm sure it will stretch but it is definitely not a 34…
In any case, I'm curious to see how this one will age. Should be wonderful.
Beautiful, thank you so much Haraki and IH crew.
