IH-666Sod - Devil's Fit Overdyed - Super Slim Tapered

What color is the real 666od? Photos do not convey it properly, etc. Since e ultraviolet light. they are black or dark navy blue dotted?
trust me, the OD color is a total different color from regular denim. definitely must-have! just have a look at the possible evo from finn's pair and you'll know.

The color changes from day to day, mostly is light-dependent. My 666Sod are sometimes dark grey, sometimes black with a shade of blue, sometimes are similar to indigo denim. 634S-B have more bluish, but 666Sod are more changing, maybe because of the slubbier fabric.
In OD jeans the black tint is much less strong then the indigo below, so fading has this sequence: black, grey/indigo, white. At the end of the process, OD denim is very similar to plain faded indigo, but with a more intense tone.
These are from site, a very well evolved pair of 634S-B from Max Power, one of the OD estimator of this forum:Truly irresistible, are they? And I could not resist…

Trying to catch a correct pic of the colour of the 666sod… Easier to herd cats.

imho, its all about getting used to it. when i first wore my 18oz 666S in Singapore's average 35-38 degrees, it was hot. but i continued and now, its like my 2nd skin.

Just washed and dried so a few quick shots until I can find some decent light to get some pictures of the whole things.
13 months, 2 washes. -
Looking good, but if you can post some pics of the whiskers, combs etc…
-
nice!

Twin - nice combs! a little better lighting would have been better though.

A few random shots (with flash apart from the tag) after their latest wash. Really want to get back into these for the next few weeks (although my IHB-02 is a real pain at the airport).
And I'm just starting to see some evo on my SBGs. Maybe a coin toss.
Anyway pics:
There's a part of me that regrets the amount of washes that these have had, as the overall effect is vintage rather than high contrast.
However as has been said many times before now "they're just jeans".
