What's your favorite Beer?

Can't believe it's pumpkin season already. Bring on the cold!
Amen to that. Here's to bonfires, beers, and cold weather gear!
I agree with you on the Pumking. I really liked Fat Jack, but need to buy another bottle of this. It would be good around Thanksgiving. -
Yesterday afternoon, in the sun: Lindemans Faro
Apéritive with a Struise, the Pannepot. Very good albeit a tiny bit too dry for my likings…Today… I have lined up these three fellars... Enter from left to right... Afternoon: Cuvée des Jacobins Rouge... Apéritive: Rodenbach Grand Cru... For dinner I'm having white fish marinated in a sauce based on mustard, so queue the Geuze Boon...

Getting into the fall spirit with something I haven't tried yet. Very smooth, bready, pumpkin pie filling but not overpowering. 8.6% too.
Definitely my favorite pumpkin beer. The only other one I've had that comes close is the Cigar City Good Gourd, but Cigar City is only available in Florida.

Yes to the Pumking. Need to stop by the LCBO to see if they have it this year.
Nice pick Rafa!
Eli, in awe as always!

so here's the story
today during lunch break I've parked my car in the city and went for a little walk to find something nice to eat…
heading in the wrong direction and going back a different way, this sign totally blew my mind:walked in and guess what? …correct:
more than 420 different types of beer and another 100 types of whiskey…jackfuckingpot and not only a 5min. walk away from work!
here some more pics:

Rafa, Eli, I will be coming to visit one of you next year and I expect a tour of beer goodness and a piece of floor to sleep on

Seul I have a bottle of Bush Prestige which I haven't tried yet. I only bought it because of your pics
However, I wanted to ask you whether you had a chance to try the Cuvee van de Keizer blauw 2013 yet? I have thoroughly enjoyed the 2012 version. It blew my fecking mind, even better than the 2009 Chimay Grande Reserve tbh (fyi I drank it in autumn, wouldn't drink it during summer) . Is the 2013 worth it? My supplier has about 5 bottles left. Should I buy them all ;D? Could you give a short recommendation, please?
No need to rush btw. Whenever you can. Thanks!Cheers

Going by those pics, I can recommend you a nice amount of good beers, Rafa… Just let me know when you're ready... Cause apparently your idea of "filling the fridge" differs with mine...

Sir Seren,
the only reason I bought another Prestige is cause the BBE date was very clearly stated on the cap this time… I had a big ordeal with them at work... In short I was given a delivery of 6 bottles that had already expired by 8 months when they arrived... And no: unless they're kept in a cold, dark cellar, this beer does NOT survive... So yeah: check your date as well!.. If you can't find it on the cap, it should be on the neck somewhere, but it could be a MINISCULE and completely unreadable print...
Cuvée van de Keizer 2013: I bought and tried a bottle as soon as the new batch had arrived @ Geers. It wasn't ready for consumption yet. So I've been stocking a couple of bottles to try later on. One will probably be tried new year's eve. I will also probably keep a couple of bottles in my mate's cellar for another year or so...
If your supplier has five left, then BUY THEM, but don't drink 'm yet… Just store 'm in the dark somewhere and be patient... They'll be ready around 2014... And they'll be great as well... It's phenomenal beer... And cheap as dirt here (4.8 € per bottle)...
Rafa: get some Goudenband and Rodenbach Grand Cru.
