Lucky Brand

Now while I am not a big fan of BIG CORPORATE anything…there are some brands that do a fantastic job with quality and their overall catalog. One brand I will always love is Lucky Brand. I never buy their full priced stuff, but they do a lot of 40% sales, sometimes 50% and normally around Xmas 60% sales(so you know how much they upcharge and cheap the items they sell are...) so I decided to grab a indigo dyed selvedge western saw tooth shirt for 40% off, along with a Indian Motorcycle baseball T
I have quite a few of their shirts(vanity sized) in size Large and they fit beautifully with room to spare. I figure I might be a Medium now actually(which is the size of the baseball T). So I decided to go with a large in the western and will post fit pics whenever it comes in, maybe the end of the week if I am lucky.
They do quite a few interesting pieces during the year, a lot of collabs with other companies like Schott. This specific shirt is crafted in LA but not sure if it is raw or unwashed. I am guessing it has been washed once but raw. No mention of weight, I will try to compare it to my other shirts.
No real photos of it...tried to sharpen it up a little...hard to tell if they put a little bit of wear on it.

So got my shirts in today(real fast free delivery).
Indigo LS Western: Beautifully soft already broken in with very little wear on it. So making it your own is no problem at all and comfy. Fit is perfect except for the back…they leave no room for moving both arms forward without having the sleeves go up 3" at least...unacceptable IMO. So it will be getting sent back sadly. I am very sad about sending it back due to the deep indigo and blacks that the fabric is made of, I think it is gorgeous!
The Indian Motorcycle baseball tee might not be the norm of what you expect to see here, meaning low quality compared to the attention IH and other brands put into their shirts…I LOVE IT. But I love all Lucky Brand T Shirts that have good designs. Heather Grey sleeves and a Heather Taupe body. Probably one of my favorite shirts right now(I have way too many...)
Figured I would brag....I mean show it
I would recommend checking out Lucky Brand because they do a lot of selvedge limited edition shirts that are actually really nice for a fair price.
