IH-805 - 21oz Indigo Selvedge Denim Double Knee Overalls
-
jeah, another disciple in the BROTHERHOOD OF BIB.
http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=6655.msg367824#msg367824i sized down from 38 to 36 as well and am very happy with it.
could probably have gotten away with a 34 as well.the downside of sizing down could be,
depending on your physic,
that the actual bib of the overall
can turn out a bit too short. -
the overall shrinks down a bit after washing but stretches back after the first hour of wear.

Those look great!
-
@Anesthetist Thanks. Yes, they are great.

He's already got a pair, don't think that @indigo bitch will let him have another!
-
@Graeme ….I've already got a pair, too, and I know I'm not allowed another pair! But mine are wearing and fading fast and I didn't think I could wait for another 12 months! Mine are quite snug so I did contemplate getting a 32 but thought better of it.

Well. I definately think they look better with a longer double knee and the slimmer cut, but i didn't notice this for awhile until I hemmed them; and since I have been wearing my other overalls not this new pair.
-
Mine have also got the short double-knee. I'll check whether it actually covers my knee later. I hadn't noticed anything different with the fit - but then I didn't notice the shorter double knee either lol.
-
The IH-812 overalls have the shorter knee reinforcement too. It looks a similar length to the pair of new 805s, above.
I'm at the longer end of the leg spectrum, and the position is fine for me. I'd guess that the 805s would suit. Someone on the stumpier end of would have their knees further up, and so they should be fine.

thanks G. It's all good. Just something I noticed the other day comparing the two. Best overalls period.
