IRON HEART World Tour II 2011-2012 - Beatle Buster SBG

Thanks again everyone for the kind comments
As Giles said, they look a lot blacker in reality, though they have lost a far bit of dye. I washed them at 40C in a cotton wash, no spin with a standard everyday detergant. Yes it would have been better to hand wash in the bath, but i just don't have the time.
I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the tour.

Yeah, great stuff Simon (and I'm really terribly sorry I tried to kill you yesterday afternoon after you dropped the SBGs with Giles, very scarily was unaware I had turned onto the wrong side of the road when I pulled out of the car park, blame it on my mother talking incessantly in my ear >:()

road kill ? in Gosport ? crazy
Yap, I lost it - couldn't believe there was a car headed straight for me, then OMG realised it was Simon, then OMG realised I was on the wrong side of the road. Thought I was driving in Chemnitz. Not one of my finer moments…

i'm so glad to hear this. i was worried by the time these got to me, at the current rate of evolution, they were going to be white. also, no worries on the way you washed the jeans simon, i was just agreeing with alex that they lost alot of color & i'm not so much into microwave denim with fast results & all that jazz.
personal preference for slow & steady always winning the race for me. on to the next contestant

normal people wash jeans normal way, in a machine…..
normal jeans, but not IRON HEART!
I do (I am definitely not normal), but I always think its kind of ironic that the only time I use the extra-gentle wash cycle is for our IH jawns

I wash all my clothes (except for underwear and socks though, duh) using the 'Delicate goods' setting… 400 RPM and 40 C°... But I barely wash my jeans... My 3 year old ALDs got 2 quick soaks and 1 or 2 machinewashes... Of course, I don't wear my jeans when it's warm (for me warm starts at 20 C°)... Easier to keep 'm clean if you don't sweat in them...
