IH-888-NT - 21/23oz indigo Selvedge DWC Jeans

Quick (lousy) fit pics while still damp. I have a feeling these will be perfect once I stretch the waist. Already bruising my hip, though.
Had them hemmed to 31,5" and once the knees set the length will be just right for a single tiny turn up like I planned.
Notice the indigo transfer to the patch. Can't figure out if cool or just ugly…

Great fit Luficer! Post soak?
Thank you!
And yeah, post soak. I guess I could have gone one size more down, but I think this is the goldilock zone for me. I have great mobility, but it does not look big. Feels great!

Two great fits @Yossarian @Lucifer
On another note fun to see two obviously Scandinavian homes in both your pics [emoji1]

Little bit more shrinkage plus a hem and they will be perfect.
There is a bit of me that will be upset when they get filthy at work on Monday.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

@Lucifer and @spitfiredealer the fit looks spot on to me.
@Giles will the 888 in the 16oz black denim have the measurements of this NT-model or of the 888s in 21oz?

Great to see people wearing them, and all the fits looking spot on.

So far Giles I gotta say I am loving it. This version seems a million miles away from the S version I tried on in Gosport.

The fit on these is perfect, perfect. It's a real relief not having to try and stretch the thighs out for that perfect fit. Thanks so much can't get fit pics because I don't have anyone to take them. But I will eventually.

Also, the best thing about these is that intersection of seams between the back pockets is in a comfortable zone now and my butt crack has a good 2 -3 inches of coverage when I sit down.

Definitely working with a slimmer fit but let's see how these break in. Size up and the waist would be too large, which admittedly isn't a bad thing.

I didn't follow the guide and only did a 30 minute cold soak since my daughters needed to take their bath. The UPS delivery didn't happen until late. I probably should have waited till today, but I wanted to get to wear them the whole weekend. I did a 50 minute cold wash in the washer with no spin afterwards while they were still wet. I tried them on and it seems like the length shrunk, but not so much in the waist.
Do I need to do a longer soak for the constructional stitching?
