@npthaiduong. I am assuming you are looking at the 21oz..If yes I will take the same size in the 888's also, understanding that they have a higher front and back rise, so they will seat higher up closer to your natural waist. They also taper so although the thigh measurement on the 888 and 643 are very similar the 634 is wider at the knee and because of that generally less restrictive. Both great cuts with the 634 being a straight and the 888 a smart taper.

@npthaiduong I don't think I can add much to what Goose and Yannis have outlined above. Thank you gentleman.
I would for sure take a look at a few fit shots of the 888 and 634 as one may sing to you more in terms of silhouette with both being roomier than the 666.

Ok time to bump the thread with 2 unexciting photos of GOAT cut/denim combo. 80 degrees here today and still quite comfortable. This stuff is magic. Oh, and best chainstitch hemming in the industry.

Hi Gentlemen, I am seeking some advice here, I recently loss some weight and my beloved 888's are little bit big for me know, I am still able to keep them with a belt but have some folded denim front and back. I am something around an inch bigger in the waist. I would like to maintain the jeans as original as possible and avoid alterations so that`s why I am considering a hot wash to get some shrinkage. But as long as I am pretty new in this area I would like to have your opinion and recommendations in this regard. Any advice would be really appreciated.
Thank you!

I have had great luck with shrinking 21oz denim with a hot soak. I think a hot wash shrinks it even more given it's moving the fibers around while soaking in hot water.

@Andres-G. I am afraid that you will have minimal luck with shrinking the 21oz. Sure they will tighten up after a hot wash or soak but they will stretch right back in a couple of days or less. I would try to hot wash them and spin them on high and throw them in a hot dryer right after. You may get something but probably not enough.
-
They will definitely stretch back out, but if the waist is held in with a belt, it holds shape better.

@Igneous Thank you for your reply, I may then give them a try, and see if it work, thank you again.
-
@yannis Understand, appreciate your reply and explanation, I may try to see if get some shrinking, whatever I may get is good enough, cheers.

@Igneous I am actually using a belt now, its the way can keep them from falling, so I will try as you mentioned, thank you.
