Got this Size 40 Used on Ebay but wondering if I should get a 38 once the restock come in. Sleeve is a bit too long (and jacket is used so no chance of shrink) and shoulder is a bit wide. Chest and belly fits well but I am planning to lose ~30lbs (currently 5'7 185lb) so not sure.. Thoughts?

How does this fabric compare to the 21s? It looks like this may have a white weft vs the unbleached of 21s. Does this get as soft and stretch as much as 21s? It's headed my way regardless, but I appreciate any input!

Hey @krebsy, here are a couple of side-by-side photos of a pair of 21oz jeans and the 527J. The feel of the jacket is very much the same as that of the jeans; I can't feel any difference. I would expect the jacket to soften with wear, similar to other 21oz indigo denim jackets and jeans, but you will probably not get a lot of stretch, nothing crazy. I certainly wouldn't expect it to stretch like the jeans; you do have the action bi-swing shoulders for added movability across the shoulders. The jacket is non-selvedge, so it will fade a bit slower than selvedge denim as the warp is treated differently, but you will get those fades with time. Let me know if you have any other questions
