IH-526Lod - 19oz Left-Hand Twill Selvedge Denim Type III - Indigo Overdyed Black

@Supersonic The best denim jacket to ever exist IMO
If you're unsure on sizing I would definitely recommend measuring your best fitting jacket (or most similar type if possible) per the Iron Heart method then comparing to the measurement chart. The chart might be updated for the next run depending on how they come out.
Mine hasn't shrunk with washing (they don't as the overdying process takes all the shrinkage out), the shoulders have loosened up a little but no significant stretch
-
@Supersonic I have to say I completely agree with @AdamJ โฆ Iโm about 40 pieces into my IH journey and my OD Lefty is my favourite of them all.
-
The OD lefty Trucker is a grail piece for sure!!
-
@FlavourFade yours is looking fantastic
-
@AdamJ Cheers man! I'll measure up when I come to snagging one. Looks insane
-
@Supersonic if you end up grabbing one on the secondary market, make sure you you get the seller to take measurements.
I got one from an older batch from the marketplace here and it's a tight XL, but looking at the current size chart I'd have gone for the L if buying direct.

@robinvonbatman We have ab order going in soon, but could be 12 months or so. This is a slow-to-weave denim going to a very overstretched factory to be made into jackets

That's man

Hey all. Picked up the 526Lod the other day. Itโs an XL and is a little big on me. Probably fine over a heavy flannel or sweater but Iโd like it a little snugger over a T. My first IH jacket. Any advice on shrinking it a little? Appreciate it wonโt shrink a lot which is fine. Hot soak in the tub and flat dry out in the sun? Thanks.
-
@T4920 Thanks. So basically I wonโt have to worry about shrinking it too much then! Iโll maybe try a hot soak. Sounds like wonโt do it any harm.
-
Will do. Appreciate it! Going to hot soak in the tub and then leave out to dry.
