Don't know if this is the right thread but I mean it's a watch:

I listen to a podcast, The Grey NATO and those two guys are always talking about the Garmin watches. Great for hiking and scuba diving etc.

It’s a fun podcast for anyone into watches and outdoor adventures, plus a little motorsports.

Had to get used to not wear my mechanical watches but for everyday wear and being outside and active its great

I hope you guys aren’t getting tired of these. My obsession will likely wane soon enough.

1989 “Skate Bike.” The chrono doesn’t work but for $75 it’s ok. NIB ones are going for around $300…

1990 “Bora Bora.” This one was a little pricey as well, some of them are more collectible for whatever reason.

@Sage954 thanks! There are a couple of the Big Bold models I like that are homages to models from the 90s but Ive always wondered about the size. The originals are very expensive on the 2nd hand mkt.

Just discovered this micro brand and I’m smitten. I love my hometown so theae speak to me in a big way. Now I just can’t decide on white or orange. A little help?
