Fit pics!
I shall take it out on a spin on the hog* this morning.
Not really. It's a 49cc moped.
Dude, that's awesome! Now imagine how cool it'll be when gets to where those jeans are now!

Thanks! The jeans have had four years of wear on them, so this will take some time!

I have and love the 526J but I've grown to adore those side pockets in my double duck 526 and the Lod. As someone who has his pants pockets stuffed, I've really come to rely on these jacket pockets to store my keys when I don't have my belted key clip with me. I think I'm going to pick one of these up when the restock hits.

Have you checked Rivet and Hide? Not sure if they have your size but they do carry it

You know, SE has it, but it's a little less expensive if I get it from IHUK, and I can wait until October. Plus the IHUK crew is amazing about measurements! If November rolls around and it's still not restocked at IHUK, I'll probably pick it up from SE.

Forgot that SE has this. I've debated between the 21oz over the 14oz and still can't decide.

I was thinking of the 14oz as well but as a short-armed broad dude, the measurements on the 21oz work a lot better for me. The sleeves are almost an inch longer on the 14oz.
I was thinking about it some more and I think I might end up picking the jacket up locally. I might make this the excuse to finally visit the Los Angeles store. It's about 30 minutes from my work, but it'll be neat to see. I've been eyeing one of those Good Art Hollywood rings, too…

By LA standards, isn't 30 minutes considered basically next door?
SELA is worth the visit, by the way. It's their largest store (I think) and has lots of fun stuff to check out.

Ha, yes, it's 10 miles away. There's a saying that everything in LA is a 30 minute drive away. I'm checking with them now to see if they have one of those in a large in their LA store. I have a feeling I'm going to walk out of there with a melted credit card.
I've been to the SF store once but couldn't stick around long or my wife would start to notice the price tags on the stuff that fills my closets

Good point about the sleeve length. I’m probably a large in the 21oz and the sleeves definitely work better for me on that one.

Luckily, my wife has conceded that our clothing spending is about equal. Mine is a lot more expensive, but she makes up for it in volume.
And in my opinion, SELA is the nicest Self Edge, though I haven't been to SEMX, so that's not a fully informed opinion.

(Un)fortunately for me, my wife is quite thrifty. I try to get her to spend money on clothes but she's happy with her budget finds. Makes me feel horribly guilty!
I was hoping to make a run down to the SE LA store today, but work got a little too busy. I also realized that there's a bunch of loopwheel shirts that I'd like to try so I need to measure some of my well-fitting t-shirts at home before making that trip. I'm hoping that the LA store has that 11oz IH t-shirt, but I'll settle for trying the 6.5oz IH Ts. I'll let you know how it goes once I do make it down there.

I ended up making it over to Self Edge LA but they didn't have the jacket. Looks like there was a stocking snafu. Turns out SE doesn't have any 526PJs left in a size large, in any store. Oh well. At least I got to check out the store and a bunch of IH stuff I've been tempted to buy in the past, like those 6.5 and 11oz t-shirts…those are beasts!
-
Bummer they didn't have it in stock. As a side note: I'm also eagerly awaiting the return of size L to IHUK and I hope there'll be enough around for both of us :). And yes, those Ts are simply magnificent.
Well I do hope you get your hands on one! I have a trip coming up in late November and I'm really hoping I'll have it slightly broken in by then
