How breathable is this shirt?

Got one. It'll be my summer uniform. I chose the darker one (DIN) to feed my dark side, but the LIN fabric, with the black component, is extremely interesting.

So dark. Almost black.Incredible contrast seams. I like it.

I have a few questions about this fabric:
Is there any clue that can fade?
Bleeds? (already answered "yes")
Is it enough to wash it at 40 ° (as the label says)?
