Everything is better overdyed Do it and show the progress

Long shot but is it possible to be my SR's re-dyded? Maybe I can send them to Giles or something?
We could but it would obviously be garment dipped and the process is super aggressive, so could bugger the jeans up….
That's totally fine with me. As you probably know they're pretty buggered up as is, aha! Let me know how I can go about this and where to ship it to.
Max, I'll take some pictures when I get home tonight. They're beat as always, aha.

Flippin hell!

These jeans don't look like fast faders, in for the long haul. Plus they are the toughest pair of IH I have. Only about a weeks worth of wearing, but still pretty stiff. Hopefully a months worth will break these in a good bit. Loving the OD, pair of sweats compared to these haha!
-
yo_mj cool to see you around and still killing those. How much do you want another pair eh?
Been a minute since I've been in here. Had these two pairs of sr's laying in the closet full of holes for a couple years and finally got them patched back up again. Wish I had 5 more pairs of these in the closet. Definitely the best fitting, most durable jean I've owned.

What's the difference between this and the UHR?
-
@Kybosh most excellent! Wow.
@NorthernVictory the denim is basically the same. IDK where, but Giles confirmed this in the forum.Other than the slight variations that occur from run to run.
Edit: he says it here in the first post: http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=6321.0
@Giles:IH-634-UHR - Ultra Heavy - Straight Cut Jean
Made from our 21/23 raw indigo denim. This is historically one of our most popular denims, which we have just recreated it (it is unlikely to be exactly the same as the batch we made 5 or 6 years ago, but it looks and feels damn similar). It is very stiff, very warm and fades with amazing contrast.
-
Nice… I picked up the UHR for a sick sale of $200 IIRC.
-
What's the difference between this and the UHR?
The denim is effectively the same (same recipe, just woven at different times). The 634SR is a slightly fuller cut than the 634S

Every time I put another years worth of work on my SRs I come in here to post them and realize they are still not good enough to hang with all the destroyed ones in here…
I have no idea how you guys beat these so much.
-
@mikesantor I know I'd be interested in seeing them.
-
Ill get some pics snapped soon.
-
Aha Kybosh! To be honest I just loved these more as I kept wearing them. I do miss having the dark blue from time but I think it gives it much character as I keep wearing them and repairing them. I did finally pull the trigger on getting my second pair of IH which I now wear daily, so the SR's rarely see wear.
@mikesantor Don't be afraid to post pictures, I honestly enjoy just looking at different ways IH fade, no matter how little or how much.
