I understand that this service is only offered on denim products, is there any chance that it might ever be offered on duck? I have a pair of 666D with some fraying in the seat and some loose stitches at the crotch seam (~4 years of wear). The fraying at the seat (right side specifically, immediately left of the pocket) is the only consistent problem area I've had in my IH jeans. 666S-BK have the exact same wear, but no blowouts or substantial fraying anywhere else. Has anybody else had blowouts in the seat like this? I don't recall it being an issue with any other brand of jeans - granted they all fell apart elsewhere much more quickly. I suppose that this could be because IH spaces the rear pockets out more towards the outseam thus removing some of the buffer that the pockets might provide. Or maybe I just have a particularly boney butt

@bryaneidins70 in the absence of an answer from any of the IHUK crew I can say that I had a pair of IH jeans and an IH denim jacket repaired by the crew some time in August if my memory serves me correctly. Hope this helps buddy

Just got my 555-XHSib back from repair. IIRC they were sent off from Idaho on March 1st so 2 month turn around. Not bad considering all the work done: Belt-loop bar tack, holes in the back pocket/crotch/knee & a ripped out front pocket.
Big thanks for this awesome service Iron Heart!

I am shocked by such a cool service from IH. Too bad it's not available right now. I live on the dark side of the moon. I will protect my Iron Heart

I can not find any repair request from you on our system. Are you referring to the no shipping to and from Russia at this time? We are sorry about that and look forward to any repairs we can provide for you once normal shipping resumes.
You could always have them sent to us and back from a friend / relative in another country that we service via UPS?
@T4920 Repairs are very much still a thing. @JoshC killing it every day.

My IHs are still new. 25 oz withstands the roughest weather and mud. But sooner or later my jeans will give up. And no one knows how to repair them here in the outback of Russia. Now is a difficult time, unfortunately. I will take care of them.

Four year old 555-01’s just back from being repaired. Two crotch holes gone, and another couple I hadn’t noticed. Thanks, fellas. Really great job. Appreciated.
