Looking good @gily ! Glad to see the Virginia Beach getting out and about - looks great on you.

@gily , the jacket is looking good !!
I was considering the same jacket/blind buy but backed out due to sizing concern. May I ask what is your chest and shoulder size ? You look slim and the fit looks great . Maybe I am not size 46 in fine creek .Thanks

@Max:
Soon it will be too warm for this one, makes me sad alreadyHey Max.
Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised that you own a FCL jacket as well. Thanks again for the help on the IH serge shorts.
After 20 months wait, I had finally gotten my order of the FCL 1.3mm Leon double rider shipped in. I had originally tried on the size 44 way back when and decided I needed to return it and waiting for a larger size. Little had I known that the waiting would be nearly 2 years (due on account of covid-19 and other reasons).
Anyway… now that I've got the jacket it seems that the chest size isn't so much larger from 44 to 46 and this has me a little concerned I might have to return it. The other measurements seem to be okay however. I don't often buy brand new horsehide jackets and so wondering if I simply just need to break it in for the chest to fit comfortably and not so tight.
When you first got your jacket, did you find it fairly tight across the chest? Was it tough to lift your arms. How did your own jacket mold or break in. Is it much better than it had been? Did your sleeves shorten significantly as well from the creasing on the arms?
Sorry for so many questions. Just on the fence as to whether I need to return or wear and break-in with a risk of having to resell it at a loss down the road.

@twin , looks amazing . Congrats !!
How’s the weather in stiffness compare to aero FQHH? Is this leather little
More softer compare to aero ?
Also in this jacket , did you go true to your chest size or 1” extra wide due to leather stiffness ?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

@Mustafa911 The weather is not that cold. This jacket is not as stiff as Aero. The horsehide is not as thick as the Aero leather jackets, This horsehide is softer. Went with true to size. Got the size 44 in the Fine Creek leather I will wear this jacket a lot.
