What awesome photos @Powerband thank you!

Has anyone removed the label and placed a woven patch on this glorious bag?
@Alex, @Giles so I can see if they fit between the two rivets and stitch lines, and if it's not too much of a bother, would it be possible to get a pic or two of the bag with the following woven patches laid on the front pocket? Type 1, 7 and 13/14/ or 15?
Ta muchness!

Nice touch @GC …make it your own man

Thanks @dinobarnesberlin I'll post some pics here soon after it lands tomorrow. Talk about a swift turnaround, thanks guys!
@Giles if the std badge is glued and then stitched in place, do you have any tips on removing gluey residue, or what type of glue might be used?
My fall back will be to put it back, or place the new woven patch in its place Either way, I am hoping I don't fess it up!

It is glued @GC. That stopped me from pulling it up. I probed between the label and the bag using a needle. It won’t let itself be lifted and the needle tip came back out quite sticky. So far I’ve left it at that.

Thanks @motojobobo that is good to know, before I attempt removing it. Would you have said, given the glue sounds like it hadn't gone off, it would pick and flick, so to speak? I was thinking of the freezing technique often used to remove chewing gum?

Don’t know enough about glue to answer that. I suppose you could also sew on your new patch over the original label without removing it. Bet it’ll completely cover it.

That is true, the only first world issue with that is, the badge then needs to sit high and tight to the snap. Cheers @motojobobo , I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I'll share the outcome here, which will probably result in me chickening out and leaving it exactly as it is… lets see.
