IH-666-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Slim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo

They won't be too exciting… Camera choices limited to phone or 4 year old Cyber-shot...
I'd enlist some help from a couple of camera geeks at work, but they already think I'm mad :(.

" So Jay, do you mind photographing a pair of jeans for me??"
Hmm, that might work… I shall find out tomorrow.
-
Natural light, no Sun.
9 months tomorrow - stuck at work, so it's happening today.
Evening and days off only.
4 months solo, 5 months in rotation. No wash. Although they have been rained/snowed/hailed on a bit. Probably aiming for a wash after 1 year, but maybe later.
Ok pics:

had them for 4 wks. I need to get these hemmed a couple inches shorter. I live in Minneapolis, USA. Feeling like it is worth sending them out to get proper chain stitched… Any suggestions, recommendations?
Thanks
Blue Owl Workshop in Seattle, no question. Jay is a great dude and is the only person I will send my jeans to for hemming, even though I live in Raleigh NC and the Raleigh Denim Curatory is 15 min away. 24hr turnaround and spectacular service and quality hemming job. $25 per pair for hemming, plus return shipping. Just put a note in with your request (thread color, length, whatever) and contact info and he'll get you sorted out.
Sent them. Thanks.

666-XHS Size 30

They look great… And that floor is a really nice colour as well...
-
Damn, I want those. But, considering that with the humidity it's 42 degrees today in Toronto, I think I will wait a while longer.
-
ZWER they arent as bad as u think…I mean I have washed mine so they feel a bit lighter because of that but definitely something u should buy. I would go tts or even upsize 1. Mine shrunk quite a bit after the wash and i am scrambling around to get these stretched back out so i can wear em with more stuff
-
Did you find them the same size or smaller than the raw 18oz? I love mine, but if I've eaten too much the day before the thighs are tight.
Size up for me means they're likely too loose in the waist. I'm a true 36"
-
Hi zwer 25oz cut is a bit fuller but check thighs carefully, I went tts in mine and they are perfect after some break in, two soaks and a wash after some time. I believe my 18oz are harder to break in (I sized down in 18oz…;-)) than my 25oz since the 18oz are unsanforized. I would not size up in the xhs if they fit you well tts, unless you are seeking a baggier fit
-
Cheers, David.
I've got a 22" thigh so the 13" in the sizing chart looks very tempting.
If I pull the trigger I half expect a Visa SWAT team to burst into the office.
-
Yea i went TTS on my XHS but i think i have gained some weight during my wearin them. I weigh 203 pounds now and was around 190 when i started in my XHS…Its gotta be sympathy weight because my girl is pregnant
-
hihihi OK man
how do you measure a 22 thigh ?LOL but I think you mean 12 right? If you are brave you could even go down to a w34. The denim gives around 1 inch in waist and in thighs a tiny little bit after constant wear. But I think you like it comfortable…so w36 is possibly the way to go. And you know the return policy of G. and P. right?
this jeans like all the others are unique

Ha. Yeah, I've been there. I gained weight. My cat gained weight.
I've been seeing a nutritionist once a week and I'm ranging between a portly 219 and a svelte 215.
Yes, 4 lbs makes a big difference to how your jeans fit.

@supersalami: 666 looking nice. What gives your 9111 this shiny look?
