Hoping I won’t need 4 Advil after this next call…Broncos over Saints…yup.
We used to try and do a tailgating theme called Eat The Enemy, like if you were playing Buffalo you would eat Buffalo Wings. Some teams are harder than others, but with New Orleans you could have a lot of fun. You could drink Hurricanes etc. I don’t know that I ever did New Orleans.

It’s only Thursday but all our amazing pontificators have already submitted their picks. Starting off Week 7…@Mizmazzle will be headed down to the Bayou where he hopes that his Broncos make Gumbo out of The Saints. @steelworker and @goosehd are both in on The Vikings, and will definitely be hoisting a few if they can beat The Lions at home. Like Steelworker said,it’s a really important game for both teams and have to mention that GooseHD is going for his 7th consecutive win. @Twistlock is also rolling with one of those pesky division games as he hopes to be singing Fly Eagles Fly as they take on The Giants. @IrishHeart will Shuffle off to Buffalo as he has The Bills over The Titans. And the game that attracted the most attention, and I’m guessing it’s because how impressed everyone was with The Commanders play against a very tough Ravens team. @Matt @Oaktavia and @Nocturama are all looking for The Commanders to bounce back against The Panthers. Good luck to all. See ya next week with the wrap up.

@Mizmazzle good game though.

Let’s get ready to ruuuummmble!!!!
They sure were ready. Don’t think anyone wants to play them right now.
-
Yeah. Glad we got the win. But I thought we looked sloppy on offense still. More so I think the Saint’s D might be worse than our offense…which is pretty bad haha. Nice to see some run game come out. But I thought Nix’s lack of accuracy and inability to set his stance before throwing are a developing concern.
-
@Mizmazzle I think Sean Peyton is doing a good job of bringing him along and slowly developing him. They're playing great defense, they're running the football, and they need Nix to make a couple of good throws and not turn the ball over. The top teams right now can run the football, and they all have really good defenses. An accurate kicker seems to be essential these days as well. The Chiefs with all their injuries are running the ball, they're kicking field goals and their defense hasn't let the games get out of hand. This season's recipe for success in the NFL.

@Jett129 yeah. I agree with most of what you’ve said. Haven’t quite been a big fan of Sean Payton’s play calling by and large. But I do think it’s a process and I’m seeing things that are trending in the right direction.
Now our defense!!! Making plays on the regular. I do feel like we’ve lost some precision when Surtain went out. But I’m loving watching them wreck some offenses!! -
@goosehd it was always going to be tight, but fair play to you being brave enough to try and call a winner from that game.

Well damn…I won and lost that pick a couple of times. Great game though!!
That was a really gutsy call, and I was really happy that the networks shifted to that game for the las 2 minutes.

Taylor Swift advertising her Target Exclusive CDs and Records during the Chiefs game….
How did I miss that, maybe it was just in your market.
-
@Matt I have nothing against her either. I just find the overhyped partnership between her and football due to her relationship with a player a bit nauseating and to advertise her product during her boyfriend’s game even more so.
Maybe I do have some against her haha@Jett129 consider your dollars safe from the advertisement ploy!
