i´m always doing it right…was all into BB before i stopped doing it some day.
3 times a week and on the non-training days i was doing some cardio. i was eating the "right" stuff and strict after plan and all that shit ...todays body is 14kg heavier than back in 2009 

so atm i´m trying to find my balance again and hopefully i´m (my body`s) going to look good again...some day in 2012
