@Ikeaparty Hey, the belts are arriving from the factory in batches and the way we have to place our order, we need to wait until they are all finished. @SinnimonStick Hey man, sorry that you are not totally happy with your jacket. Looking at the photos, I do not think you need to size up, size is subjective though so you need to have a jacket you feel fits you right. I think the XL looks like the right size though.

In regards to the blemishes, you can have slight imperfections on the hides but I do think the images you have shown, definitely the first image, is excessive and sorry that this was missed prior to shipping. When @Graham and his team are back in the office, they can look at the other XLs we have to check for blemishes and scarring, and liaise via email. Obviously that is if you are happy with the size XL

Sorry @weftyarn that this has happened. I have passed the feedback on but I would definitely not button your shirt up when washing it, as @sabergirl said, just inside out with the sleeves pulled through. I always unbutton every button on any shirt (not just IH) as a super vigorous washing machine can cause all sorts of stress on the buttons
