What’s up friends! Just a quick note to let you know that production for season 3 of Iron Cast is underway!!
We have a really great line up for you on this one, but I can reveal that we’re opening with Ben & Miranda from Snake Oil Provisions, and the cool thing about this one is that Ben decided to use his content guy to film it!
We’re aiming to launch the season sometime in May.

We last spoke to Alex in episode 2 of season 1, and since then a lot has changed. We talk about his travels to Germany to see how they make the Iron Heart 'Big Buck', his travels to China, and there is a short, but very sweet interview with Iron Heart Boss, Harakisan.

@Karol just recorded ep6 today - ep7 and 8 will be recorded in quick succession next week - so it looks like season 3 will be kicking off v soon! Sorry for the hold up. Having a two jobs and a new born kinda slowed things down for a second there!

UPDATE: I just recorded episode 5 - Spoiler Alert - with Rob Schaeffer of Schaeffer’s Garment Hotel! That means we’re half way through the season. I’m going to have a catch up with @Alex this week, but I don’t think it’s out of the picture that we’ll be able to launch in the next couple of weeks - V exciting. Anyway, here’s a photo of Rob I took at his store in LA. He’s just styled the latest Queens of the Stone Age press shoot

I loved talking to this week's guest: Intelligent, sweet, talented, much more gorgeous than the last guest (no offence @Matt) and totally in tune with how we can make this planet a better place for generations to come. I hope you get a lot out of it.
Cate Havstad is a hat maker, a leather purveyor, a farmer, a wife, a mother, the list goes on and on. She's also ridiculously cool, hence why we're bringing her into the fray to be our penultimate guest for season 3.
We talk about hats, farming, regenerative leather and many things about the environment and the impact of our small life decisions - make sure you have a notepad handy.

What’s up guys,
Just a quick one to let you know there won’t be a release this week. Ep 9 will go out on the 15th and the final ep will go out on the 22nd.
In the interim, the final ep will be with your boy @Alex, so we’re going to try and do what we used to be able to do before I moved to La La Land: drink great wine and talk ideas. If you have any questions you’d like to ask him (or me) it’ll be a great time to get them answered.
