I made it to the shop yesterday. Using Google maps makes the journey painless, except for the fact that it takes almost an hour and a half to get there from west Tokyo.

Here you can see the location of the bus stop at Hachioji station.

And you can follow along as the bus drives.

I can confirm that they don’t do tax free.

The bus from Heathrow left early destroying my chances of achieving a flawless journey.
