RE: IHJ-143-IND - 12oz Kersey Work Jacket - Indigo/Black
@Gavin666 I do not find the sleeves short at all. Since it’s slightly cropped in length I focused more on the combination of sleeve and shoulder measurements since I knew I wouldn’t gain much more in length

RE: IHJ-143-IND - 12oz Kersey Work Jacket - Indigo/Black
@jaysomethin I went with a Large and wear a L in UHF Westerns. i paid more attention to the sleeve + shoulder length on this one

RE: Red Wing Shoes
@Luijim78 i believe i read somewhere that red wing had to relearn how to make certain models including engineers. so it would make sense for them to add new model numbers because they would not be exactly the same as an older model

RE: Red Wing Shoes
@Luijim78 correct. engineers. klondike is red wings teacore leather as well

RE: Red Wing Shoes
This was posted to Reddit as some of the 2025 lineup from redwing. wish the price wasn't so high for the engineers. hard to justify paying that much for red wings. the 8060 pecos are supposed to look like the 8168 in abilene
#2996 Engineer $550 : Black Klondike
#4585 Logger $370 : Briar Oil Slick, Black Oil Slick
#8060 Pecos $370 : Hawthorne Muleskinner
#2949 Roughneck $330 : Black (Oil Slick ?)
2 new Moc toe colors: Chocolate Muleskinner & Dusty Blue Abilene

RE: Rogue Territory
@bluemantra depends how you want to wear it. expect shrinkage. i went true to size and it went from a little roomy to fitted. i never layer under jackets with sweaters so its fine for me. but if you want to layer i would recommend go one size up and you'll get some shrinkage to not make it too big on you

RE: Rogue Territory
The sashiko they use is really great. After wear and a soak I love how gritty it feels. Easy to forget the feel as it softens with wear

RE: Los Angeles, CA (USA)
the situation outside of fire season is not great as well. insurance companies have been leaving california or refusing to insure those who live in high fire risk areas. and who decides what is a fire risk? the insurance companies. we were not renewed last july and scrambled to find one. our new insurer is triple the cost of what we were previously paying. and unfortunately if you are paying a mortgage you absolutely need insurance. families are either losing their homes to fire or losing their homes to lenders after not being able to find insurance

RE: WOLFMAN BARBER SHOP'S HAIR PRODUCTS
@Nik I visited the jingumae wolfman and i would highly recommend it. it was truly an experience of a haircut. they would alternate specialized staff members depending on what the task was (someone handling scissor work, someone handling shave, someone handling wash)
