Question for the big thigh folks here. Any issue with these versus other pairs of 888s you own? I wear a size 33 in all three of my 888 cuts. The SBGs are running narrow with the waist is ~.5 inches smaller and thighs ~ .3 inches smaller than my other pairs of 888s in size 33 so I’m between sizes. I think I can stretch out the waist but worried about the thighs with this batch.

Can anyone recommend Oni cuts for people with large thighs? I have a pair of Oni 612 Old 14s that I had to have the waist taken in significantly to wear. I've really only been able to fit into Iron Heart 888s and some Left Field Atlas cuts. I love Oni's texture and fades but almost all the pairs I've tried on are not forgiving for us big thigh folks.

Thanks @Mizmazzle for the info!  I agree it's a slippery slope.  You make the 25oz sound awful appealing, then again there's about 10 other things that I want so gotta pace myself.  I think the one thing that might save my wallet is that my big thighs can only fit into the 888 cut

I have been wearing some light merino wool leggings underneath that get the job done, it just gets a little tight in the fit department.  I definitely feel the wind when it's chilly so it sounds like the 25 oz might help in that department, but overall warmth probably wouldn't be better than my 21 oz pair with leggings underneath.  Decisions decisions

For those that own both the 21 and 25 oz in 888, is the fit and stretch similar?  If I'm a size 32 in the 888S-21 should I go for a 32 in the 8883-XHS?

Question for the 25 oz wearers.  I have a pair of 888S-21 that fit perfect, but if the temperature dips below 40 degrees fahrenheit they aren't warm enough.  I am thinking of getting a pair of 888S in 25oz for the colder temperatures in Tennessee.  Is there a material difference in warmth between the 21oz and 25oz that would merit buying a new pair just for winter?

Same.  I've been patiently waiting for a couple months for a restock.  Hopefully they come in soon and I can snag a pair before winter hits.

I am not sure if this is the best thread but am hoping someone can help.  I have never tried Iron Heart jeans and don't have a store near by, so I'll have to order a pair and hope for the best.  I have large thighs and am looking for the Iron Heart cut with the largest thighs.  So far the Left Field Atlas cut has been the best fitting cut I can find.  Has anyone worn both jeans?  Are the 888s similarly roomy in the thigh?  Thanks for any help!
