To cuff or not? (I am talking about demin shorts.)I never cut a pair of my heavy IH denim down into shorts, but i am going to do with an old pair off 666. Should i go 13 inch inseam to the top of my knee cap so i can cuff them or go shorter? Dont want to pay to get them hemmed twice locally.

My absolute sweet spot for denim actual waist measurement is 33.5 inches to 33.8 inches, so it is conceivable a tag size 32 or 33 would work.
