I've got 3009 w34 from R&H
After a month of total wear
they measure like 633S(week of wear) tag32 only FR is 0.5" shorterWaist 34
FR 10
BR 15
Thigh 12.8
knee 9
hem 7.8Hope that helps

I had 666s and 666xhs and they weren't comfortable for me not enough room in thigh and hip area(it would be helpful to have hip measurements like R&H).After some weight lifting i can't wear them anymore and gave to a friend.633 is tapered 634 to me.
