I’ll have to reverse-engineer the snap on my GA hat and see what’s needed. Thank you.

Giles, would you need the hat (item) in-hand to do that? Alternatively, if I buy one that’s in stock, can I install it myself? Thx

17mm. But we are out. However we could snap-cap it for you…..
I think the cap is already with UPS. The pimp is for a few weeks down the road. 17mm it is. But what is meant by “snap-capping”?
Thx

EDIT: actually, I just looked back at the sale post. The SE version was a 38 and labeled as a Medium. It was 21.75 inches P2P, 18.75 in shoulders, and slightly over 25 inches in length.
Thanks for that. I'm imagining the sleeve length was an issue on the mediums for you as well. The difference between you and me is I'm about 176cm. I'm a bit torn here. I think I'd rather it look like it fits well in the body and shoulders and be one or two cm short in the sleeve. Then again I'm inexperienced with leather jackets.
Either way, I'm going to sit on this for a while unless there is some massive markdown that forces my hand.
Cool. Having owned jackets whose costs were north of this one, I can tell you that this one is more than worth its regular price.

I do not remember the actual measurements of this jacket but the jacket specs I’m most comfortable in are … This jacket fits damn comfortably.
We're very close indeed thanks. The SE edition that you sold because it was too big - was that a 36/small as well or a 38/medium?
I don’t remember the specs for the SE version and I want to avoid giving you inaccurate info.

Heysys,
I do not remember the actual measurements of this jacket but the jacket specs I’m most comfortable in are:
Pit-2-pit: 21 inch
Shoulders (straight across): 17.5
Sleeves: 24.5
Back length: 25
My chest measures 39, waist 31, height 170 cm, and body weight 65 kg.
This jacket fits damn comfortably.
Hope that helps.

Stoked to see you got the replacement @Powerband - thank you for you're patience with this one
You guys handled it in a way that no patience was needed. I’m enjoying the bag; got all my daily carries slung over the shoulder for the trip to LA and to Disneyland with our daughter.
(The other bag has been shipped back to you—thank you for the return label.)
Cheers!

Thanks to the IH crew for the fast and efficient care. This is a crazy overbuilt bag. The hardware gives it a tough look on the shoulder. Another outstanding product from IH.

Those tendons are holding up better than mine!

Got the bag today—I always appreciate the fast shipping that Iron Heart has to the US. I love everything about this bag, but the snap-fastened closure doesn’t snap close because there’s no back button to snap to. Is this correct or is this a craftsmanship mistake? Please see pics:
Oh shit, that is an omission, sorry it was not noticed before we shipped…I'll have one of the boys contact you....
As a business owner, I know that shit sometimes happens, but you guys handle it with speed and grace. Already got the tracking number for the replacement that’s on its way, and also got the return-label for the first one. Thank you, Iron Heart team.
The bag really is tank-like. Will last for many years.

Excellent acquisition @Powerband . This is one overall tough bag: denim body, leather trim, metal hardware and strong zippers. Every bit is over-engineered for a less-than-3 liter capacity bag. I use mine 3-4 days a week on the bike for the last two months and it still looks brand new.
I will also be using this bag for commuting on the motorcycle. Good to hear how tough it is… and it looks good with the brass hardware.

Just snatched one (there’s now one left on the IH website). Can’t wait to carry a keg in it.
For those who own one, hoe is this bag holding up for you?

Hey powerband, what size did you go with? And did you go larger than your UHF size?
Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
I went with size small because the listed measurement specs fit me. (Apologies for the ignorance but I don’t know what the abbreviation UHF is.) I appreciate that IH list the measurement specs for their items… perhaps that’s why I continue to buy from them.

I love this shirt, too. Just like other IH products I have, it’s tough as nails.
