He's 18-24months. Abandoned in a village near to the rescue.. they don't know why he was abandoned but it's pretty common over there. Mostly 'we were bored of the dog', or 'we can't afford it'. They reckon he was treated pretty well as he's good with doggos/humans, used to house life, chilled and confident.

@DougNg  - in the current situation yup, given most borders are closed. But usually fairly easy within Europe..  pet passport, list of vaccines and checks - they can then travel easily. The shelter usually does a road trip with 15-20 dogs at a time every 6-8 weeks. The usually do it over 3-4d, but the last trip (2 weeks ago) back from UK to Bulgaria took 7-8 as every time they hit a border it was in the process of closing down due to COVID19. So yeh.. could be a few months before he makes his way over!

He's a mutt, rescuing from a family friend who runs a shelter/neutering program in Bulgaria. So just trying to consider things in advance!

Having a dog arriving in the next few weeks. What does everyone feed? I know the science/pros around raw.. but it doesn't seem viable/practical as we have a small freezer; I almost feel guilty when looking at high-end air dried food..

Potentially a dumb question @Giles - but I assume your EU stock is somewhat different to JP, right?

I'm in Osaka right now, before heading back to Tokyo, and was considering popping in to look at 555 models but wasn't sure what they had (e.g. regular indigo versus indigo/black versus -03 for example). Do you have this information or shall I contact Osaka directly?

I've booked a two week trip for later this year. First time! Appreciate any input/info on 2 week Japan itineraries and recommends for hotels/accommodation at key places (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto etc.).

Gutted about these - recently I've grown too big for the XXL - they're a tad too short. Still own 10-12 of them!

I'm 5 months or so into trashing my second pair of these.. they're in Groningen (Netherlands) being repaired, once they're back I'll post pics.

I've got a melton wool jacket from GB and just bought a leather from them… will let you know quality as and when it arrives (tomorrow hopefully!)

Sized back to 33. Struggled to get them done up. Tough decision.. But I assume now they're done up, they'll be fine

Thanks guys. @FilthyBloodJunkie I have these in the size down - 33 - see my pics of worn denim a few pages back. I have no doubt the 33 is fine, but.. since returning to the gym I've put weight/'chunk' on in all areas; thus the worry there is that the 33 is just that tad too tight.

I sized up from 33 to 34.. What do you guys think? Only worry is the stretch. ]Got these on far easier than my last pair!

I'm tempted to size up to the 34w, purely as I seem to remember the 33 being bloody tight.. I'm also back in the gym so wouldn't want the thighs to be skin tight!
