Popped by IH Gosport to pick-up a pair 19oz lefties and a new Type 3.. Couldn't resist the jacket, great colour. Breaking in gently, worn a handful of times since.

RE: IH-555S-21 - 21oz Selvedge Denim Super Slim Jeans - Indigo PREVIOUSLY IH-555-01
Posted these under another thread about jackets, thought best to park them here too.. 10 year old 21oz 555s. Had some repairs, new pockets, turn-ups and needing some attention to the crotch area.

Here you go. They're 10years old, had some repairs over the years.. a London tailor made good the blown pockets and turn-ups. Now the crotch area is looking rather forlorn.. will send them to IH for repairs.. quite possibly the last repairs before they go to Denim heaven.

RE: IH-526J-142ib - 14oz Selvedge Denim Modified Type III Jacket - Indigo/Black
Took me a whole 10years to make my way to Gosport!! Ever since buying a pair of 21oz 555 from Rivet & Hide I decided my next pair will be bought directly from IH..
Nice seeing the guys and the vast stock! And fish 'n' chip lunch by the ferry jetty..
BTW, the ole 555s are due for some TLC.. will post some photos as they look fantastic!

Thanks, the jeans are so comfortable, breaking in process compared to my 21oz is a "walk in the park". Don't know whether this is due to the lighter weight or the weave.

Frydays, short walk from IH. Watched the Isle of Wight ferries coming and going. The seagulls keeping a beady eye on the chance of grabbing some leftovers..
