Thought I’d share a pic of my new pair of 888 ducks. Loving them so far!

Received the sashiko hat yesterday. Looked awesome until I tried to wear it. Did a soak, then let it air dry... still feel kind of ridiculous with the height. Attempting another soak today followed by a round in the dryer.... will report back if that helped or I ruined the hat.

Pretty much have just been a lurker on the forums since I joined, but this convo is speaking my language. I'm up in Montana, here are a few pics from fishing around here this summer plus a bonus Tarpon pic from the Keys in May.

Update: Well, good and bad news. Good news is the hat is undamaged from the dryer, and shows minimal fading. Bad news is that it still is extremely odd looking on me and sits very tall... ha I also have a giant noggin for reference here. So sadly for me, this one is a miss and I'll either be selling or using it while mowing the lawn to see if it gets better as it ages.

@Danimal506 I did soak the brim. Just in the hottest water I was able to get from the tap though. No issues I can see from that or the dryer.
