No worries. I figured it would be a long shot but I had to try. [emoji2369]

The tannery for the wallet is not Tochiji. It's probably from another Himeji based tannery, but I do not know which one.
EDITED: Beacuase I am stupid
Giles is there any way u could find out more about the leather? Thickness, weight, etc…
I would love a belt made out of this leather, I haven’t seen any leather look quite as good after years of use, especially the shine it has. Not even my old Redmoon belt has that.
Thanks in advance.
Here are some pics of mine. Probably close to 7-8 years. I picked it up years ago from a fellow forum member, looked pretty new when I got it.

My goatskin Toy's McCoy gloves which I've been using for the past couple of years. Very comfortable with great wind resistance and pretty good insulation.
Been eyeing these for years. How is sizing on them?
Also could u post a worn picture, I’m wondering how long they are.

Actually only one of the secondary knives at a time and a zippo out of the several I have, not necessarily this one.

I know most of u are in another price range but anyhow…
Anyone have any experience with Stowa watches?
I’ve been on the fence for a while now, looking at the Aviator classic 40 and the Aviator classic sport (43mm and 20atm as opposed to 5atm)…
I guess if the sport came in 40mm it was an easy decision.

@Filthy:
I got a pair of jeans from a different very hyped and very popular Japanese brand out of curiosity and I received them today. I absolutely hate the texture and feel of the denim. The threads are really thin, the pockets are unlined, belt loops not tucked into the waistband… etc. Not going to give up my Iron Heart's for that stuff, ever.
Don't ask if I'm selling them, they ain't for sale and I'm not gonna say what brand. I do like how they fit so I'll probably save them for dates and occasions where I don't want to stink. [emoji23]
Not all brands have the same goals…
That doesn’t necessarily make the less or more quality. I’m wearing mostly repro brand jeans, so those automatically use less heavy denim, cotton stitching etc…
Everyone has their style.

@Tiro thank you! Don't tell anyone on the forum, but they are "made" by Diesel
I'm yet to plunge into the world of top quality eyewear, mostly because where I live, trying that kind of thing on is impossible. I don't feel comfortable ordering top quality Japanese made frames online, without trying. So I'm still stuck with Specsavers until I can travel again to a city with a decent vendor.
Oh I’m on that same boat. Would love to get a pair of Effectors but I also don’t want to order them without trying.
So far I’m wearing Theo frames for years now. They originated in Antwerp and since I’m lucky enough to live in Antwerp… the shop I go to is the original shop from the founder of the brand.
So I can’t complain... [emoji6]
