RE: Union Special 43200G - Chain Stitching in UK
I've been fixed. But Rob my engineer has told @Chesson not to attempt any more 25oz MBMF on me, I will break again. It is the second overdying process that happens to those MF's that make the denim too gnarly for me. @Giles is talking to H about whether they can hem in Japan.
Remember that they are hemmed in the factory before the OD process, so even H and co may have problems….

That new upstart 43200G that Giles bought recently (he says, "in case you break down") is being given a hydraulic upgrade….Bitch

RE: Chain Stitching and Repairs
Ouch! That hurt…
Just to let people know that whilst i'm under the weather there may be bit of a delay on getting your order if your jeans require hemming.

RE: DWCxUHR - Denim World Championship Ultra Heavy Raws…

RE: Random Announcements
I wouldn't be so sure about that young Megatron1505.
@Winchy is the only person that really spends any quality time with me nowadays so I expect that G-san's back problem was caused by hunching over that young hipster-tart of a Macbook Air that he's always prodding away at.

If I understand correctly, from what I have overheard in the office, One of these may be inbound from USA next week to keep me company. TFFT, I was getting really bored…..

Just to let you all know that the replacement compressor has worked a treat and i'm enjoying the full range of movement in my folder again, so it was well worth having to endure G's cold hands on my pipes.
Other than that it's been a case of the 'same old same old' here with nowt but hemming, rain and more hemming. That said we did have a customer opt for the multicoloured thread for his 634S-Blk today….ooooh snazzy!

Sometimes I think I should produce a log of what that fecker Giles makes me do in a day….Last week I did 10's and 10's of N&F, loads of IH and a smattering of other brands, SDA, Warehouse, Edwin, Real & Joe McCoys - that's off the top of my (little metal) head...

RE: Union Special 43200G - Chain Stitching in UK
Thank feck for that. After months of nagging, I have eventually got Giles to invest in a lighter for finishing off the chainstitching, that actually is man enough for 21 and 25oz denim…..

Just had to hem a pair of Sammies…....The good news is they were so easy, needed no G intervention........

RE: Union Special 43200G - Chain Stitching in UK
Sorry, did not see your message last night, I was knackered. He made me do about 25 pairs yesterday and there is still a pile of about 10 pairs I can see on the cutting bench…
