It hasnt been delivered. The package is a new order along with a repair on my UHRs. UPS said to submit a claim as a loss through their claims support site. Using UPS tracking it appears to just be sitting at some UPS facility without any attempt at delivery and has been that way all week.

First I'll ditto the comments on IH exemplary customer service. I was actually waiting till the delivery showed up this week before posting something since I felt my requests/stacking directions were way more than usual. Also an early kudos on what is probably another stellar pocket repair!

Unfortunately I'm having a UPS issue and found my way to this thread. I didn't release the signature requirements, but I did request from UPS the delivery reschedule for when I was home. Original delivery was Monday, and rescheduled for Wednesday. Tracking shows no updates from the last few days. I called UPS help. The trick is to say "complaint" at every auto-prompt to actually get to speak to someone. They said tracking shows the package at their hub and I should submit a claim. Is it preferred that IHUK submit a claim as the shipper? It looks like I can as the receiver but not sure if there is anything to gain or lose if I do it.

Ok thanks. I've probably had this occur and never noticed on older jeans. Of course, once I notice it can't be un-noticed.

Excuse the poor photo. I thought it was better when I took it right before dumping my jeans in the tub for a wash. Is this something I need to fix now, or ignore? My guess is ignore. There are a few spots like this. I've never noticed on any of my other pair. this is on my 555 in the knee area.

It's pretty easy to do. You can find on Amazon and other places online, magnet sheets with adhesive backing. Add the sticker to the adhesive side, cut it out with scissors or a pen knife and voila. Now you decorate your refrigerator without losing your security deposit.

My name is Paul and am signing in from Washington state in the US. I wanted to introduce myself since I've been  browsing the forum off and on over the last year without saying much. Really been enjoying the forum and probably lurking more frequently lately.   I'm not sure when I first became aware of iron heart, but made my first purchase a little more than a year ago.  I'm in my mid-fortys and glad to find jeans well-made that fit well and are a joy to wear. My go-to fit is 888 at the moment. I have that fit in the SLB and 21OD.  My first purchase was the 634XHS, which has taken its place in the closet during the XHS "off season"…ie summer.  I also have a pair of 555S-21 which are sharing the primary wear time with the 888s this month.  All of which work perfectly well paired with my IHSH-297 or IHSH-30 when the temperature is more appropriate!

The good light I had for the front went away before I could snap a photo of the back. About a year in…Mostly been sitting on the couch and barely leaving the house over the last year, so probably on the lighter side of wear. Certainly enjoying them!.

I'm about to pick up my first pair of OD.  I'm understanding there will be stretch but no shrinkage.  The sizing for me (size 38) will fit perfect.    I'm curious on hemming and whether to take into account the stretching.  I'll likely go with my normal inseam, but wanted to make sure I'm accounting for stretch/shrink properly with these.

I'm also going back/forth on whether I go 21oz or 14oz in these….

Just curious if Ironheart has sales (or usually does) around the upcoming holiday season (black friday, xmas etc)?  I purchased one of the N1 jackets during the last sale and have been going back and forth on another purchase and whether to wait a week or month….

Thanks for all the washing advice.  I have top load and i havent figured out how to control the time for soak.  I think it drains after 10-15 min regardless of what i do…turning the washer off etc.  I usually go wiht tub soaking/washing which is what I did, and managed to get inside out.  Worked like a charm.

I have in my possession my first IH 634-XHS! Ive worn for a couple days now and am looking to get the first wash out of the way.  My only question seems to be regarding turning inside out.  Does it really matter? Is it even possible with denim this heavy!
