I was wondering as this season the colorful flannels were only western shirts and the more classic and simple pattern were work shirts, is it going to be a new way to go every seasons ? or you might switch to colorful work shirts in the future ?
It will change year on year. There isn't a set formula for opting to make X colour in X shirt type though

Each jacket is assembled, start to finish, by just one person. The stitching of each panel is more akin to fine penmanship. Subtle variances in stitch tension lead the leather to crease, contract, and settle in unique ways.

D110 Jeans
14.5oz, "Doshaburi Fade” Selvedge Denim
The D110 delivers a regular tapered fit in a premium Zimbabwe cotton selvedge. Slim but not overly so, with the subtlest of tapers from knee to hem. The weave has a pronounced, rain-like texture that will yield what The Flat Head call a “Doshaburi” or “downpour” fade on account of its vertical detailing. One-washed for a softer hand and minimal shrinkage.
