my minor rant about the preorder / let me know when it's in stock thing
I can't say I know what the best system is and G I think you're doing your best but I'm not sure if I should feel shame if I fill out the form and then I don't buy when the item hits. Part of me thinks I should cause G is ordering his stock based on the forms…
but then part of me says no I shouldn't feel bad, cause if it's really a preorder then I don't feel like I should have to be watching my email like a hawk waiting for the item drop to avoid missing out on my size / color
I kinda wish there was a 2 tier system... Let me put a deposit down to reserve a size / color guarantee. And if i the decode not to purchase, refund only in shop credit. No deposit, I take my chances.

Thanks Jaco, and let me and Mme B discuss it over dinner tonight. We absolutely know that the current system is not perfect.
Here are the issues:
- Until stuff actually arrives here, we do not know the exact size, so people may place a deposit on an L, then the product comes in and actually they needed an XL and there are no XL left.
- Pre-order is a massive headache from a admin point of view. And if we screw up (which has been known to happen ), we upset the customer much more if they think they are getting it and then they dont.
- There are few other minor issues with the way Zen handles things, but I am sure we can resolve those.
