I workout 5 times per week - I lift weights a couple of times per week - deadlifts, squats, bench presses, bent rows, good mornings - that kind of thing. Then I follow a bodyweight program for another couple of days - press ups, pull ups, planks - and then I'll sprint or do some Tabatas on another day.
My diet is high protein (1g of protein per lb of bodyweight); high fat; and moderate carb (about 25-30% of my total calorie consumption).
I also walk/cycle.
This keeps me pretty trim and reasonably strong (e.g. double bodyweight deadlifts), and it doesn't require huge amounts of time.

I've been doing this for about 4 months now - lost 3" off my waist (abs now visible), and lifting heavier than ever (180kg deadlift at 75kg bodyweight and increasing).
I'm pretty much following the Primal Blueprint diet (although not exclusively) and approach to exercise, with some guidance from Dan John (http://danjohn.net/) in terms of strength and conditioning.

Didn't do any sports for a week - it is true that the lack of sport negatively affects your state of mind. Hope I can do anything today.

anyone here workout in their ironhearts? just wondering how hard everyone goes
confession: i do occasionally if i'm only doing some weight training
Actually, when I was competing in powerlifting, we used denim squat, deadlift and bench-suits I imagine that maybe IH would take that kind of punishment too. (If any ordinary jeans does, IH must be it ).

I wonder what kind of denim this is:
