No problem, I'll answer what I can.
If it makes you feel any better, I had a next day coming from Unionmade and it got delayed in San Fran so its not just you guy, shit happens to everyone
No offense intended, was just curious. In this case, the exceptions were:
-Shipment released too late for scheduled aircraft or truck departure.
-The scheduled connection was missed. / Delivery rescheduled. The second resulted in a one day delay. Not the end of the world.
-
Like I stated before, an exception isn't necessarily anything that affects your package. It could be 100 different things. If a package is stopped for an hour, it may not delay the package at all but the computer scanning system stopping would show an exception. A late airplane from another city, deicing a plane, etc
9 times out of 10, the only exceptions that will actually delay your package are customs and weather, both of which are beyond UPS control.

That is just a lazy/slow sorter. Trucks have a time they have to leave by to make the airport, anything not loaded at that time is delayed. Trust me, everyone of the packages that sorter missed goes on his record. He won't have a job long if he does that alot.

Our regular UPS driver picks up from us at about 13:00 every day. So, we made arrangements for Ben to get stuff ready to ship in time for the 13:00 pick up. Typically our regular guy is off this week and the relief driver has not shown up when Ben has been there for 2 days now. Ben stayed until 18:40 last night and still no feckin pick up.
I have fired off some nastygrams, but if you have ordered anything since late last Friday they are still at IHUKHQ.
So sorry people. Paula will be communicating this to all those affected later today.
Ben is going to stake out IHUKHQ all day today….

Hey Giles, you could always just drop the packages off at any UPS center
Closest one to you by a search is:
UPS Customer Centre
NON REVENUE - EASTLEIGH
DUTTON LANE
EASTLEIGH, SO50 6YE
08457877877A bit tricky though as he's in Japan at the moment.

08457877877a) Any idea of the size of the pile after 4 days?
b) It looks close but it is a 2 hour round trip, which is why we have a daily pick upRelief driver turned up at 17:00 yesterday. 2 hours later than was agreed but at least the fecker turned up

I concluded that UPS is still the best and the fastest.
DHL always screw up my shipping address. And Speedpost (I blame the local SingPost!) does things in a very slow speed. I waited for items from the both services the whole day (tracking says with delivery courier), none showed up.

I am blown away once again. G shipped me a package yesterday and it is sitting at my place today waiting for me. You da man G!
The Proof.

thats the price you have to pay for living in the wildness
serious thats pretty obscure, I ship stuff frequently to your country and I'm not aware of any major delays compared to other countries…
and Lando is just in a lucky position, the NYC location and the time difference just help to make this happen.
