Ahhhh, one of my favorite things in the world!!! I have been collecting for as long as I can remember. Let's just say I have a storage Unit dedicated to my collection. In the last five years I have slowed down as I no longer buy 2-3 pairs of sneakers a month nor do I wait in line for upcoming collaboration releases. Thank God! I do however have an appreciation and always will for sneakers. Different fashion forums frown upon the use of Nike, Adidas, blah blah blah when it comes to style. It is simply dismissed as juvenile or a "Niketalk/ Hypebeast" thing. I disagree. As I grow older and my style evolves, I keep certain things and leave others behind, forever evolving. It just seems crazy to rule out a whole genre of footwear as unfashionable or trendy. That being said just because you buy a dope pair of kicks, it does not instantly mean they look good. You have to style them with the right jeans and lacing scheme. Enough rambling, on with the shoes!
And please, do not flood this thread with shitty quality flicks of beat up running shoes. This is not what we are talking about…

I have some chucks i usually wear w my raw jeans but they are starting to kill my feet… what other shoes go well with this sorta stuff besides desert boots? Like regular shoes... that won't kill my feet.

Those are Nike SB Tweed Dunk Hi. If I remembered correctly, they were released in 2004. And i managed to get these in early 2005.
There is a low-cut version as well, but colors are slightly different.

i haven't been into the sneaker game in so long, but a pair of black melvins, tweed lows, and UNLV be true to your schools came into my work. couldn't help but pick em up.
i forgot how comfy nike sbs are…

DAMN YOU!!!!! Don't even bust those out. Do you know that I stayed online for the release of those for like 15 hours online and the site crashed…. I ended up missing out. FML!!!! You got the Black or White? White's are going for just under $500 BNIB right now...
