Viberg

It saddens me but I do actually have to sell my size 10.5 service boots and oxfords for being a half size too big. I would like to ship by Friday, so please, send serious offers. I'll update my sale thread when I get home from work or sometime later this evening.
UK 10.5?

UK 10.5?
yes…Viberg is using UK sizing, so no need for shoreman to put up US numbers (i'd say!)

Morgan, would it be possible to have the speed hook and lace hook configuration customized on a pair of hiking boots?
…and I read somewhere that someone sent in a pair of boots to be "shrunk." Is this possible? If so could you please explain the process and how effective it is?

after receiving my IHxViberg scout boots i was able to finally know my real viberg boot size, a 9…the 4HS boots were a 8.5 so just 0.5 too small and i really wasn´t able to wear them through a whole day without feeling any pain and that was while wearing thin socks (TFA crewsocks were too thick already!)...so now i´m looking for a/any pair in UK9!?

ok, so a member pm´d me about the viberg leather samples i still have in my posession and i thought i should also share the answer in here so everyone can have a look…
Finn, can you rate the brown viberg leathers for me in toughness. I wanted to go with the brown harness in a service boot, but if they don't have it anymore, I am somewhat at a lost on what to go with. I thought the brown waxed flesh looked good.
What is your opinion?
What is the thickest and stiffest?1 brown calf
2 light brown calf
3 brown newbuck cowhide
4 cinnamon cow
5 vintage tan
6 brown cowhide
7 ice mochanumbers above would be also the correct numbers for the "toughness rating"…starting with 1=light and ending with 7=though!
the thickest and stiffest leather (of the brown ones) would be the brown wax flesh though!
the following pics should show a comparison of the brown wax flesh (top) and the ice mocha (bottom). hope you can tell the differences in color and grain...even though both of them are almost the same in thickness, the brown wax flesh is a lot stiffer/thougher IMO and with way more character! -
Thanks Rafa. Just what I wanted and more. Such an excellent job!
My original pic was brown waxed flesh, and you sold me on it!

So if anyone is convinced, I am still up for these:
