SPORTS: played Ice Hockey, love MMA training and Judo, run and do natural strength training daily, stretching etc.
FOOD: besides Japanese and Lebanese, either roast beef or steak, salad and chips will put a smile on my face.
DRINK: Coffee is my only drug.
RELATIONSHIP: Lovely wife married of 24 years this 4th July, I was young but not foolish, two upstanding boys whom I love and berate daily.

I met Joan back in 1977, I was a Runaways fan from the beginning. They all lived around here ( LA ) and played
a lot of local gigs, I was at every one so we all got to be friends.
Her bass player in the original line up of the Blackhearts, Gary Ryan, was my boyfriend in 1978. He was in her
band for 6 years.
