I'm not going to be using it anytime soon either, I'm a pussy, too. But Julie was in Austin yesterday, so she swung by the company and picked it up for me, so I didn't have to pay the shipping fees.

Weighed myself this morning and have officially lost 100 lbs. Thank You to MikeC for the pep talk, Z and Doug for training motivation and Seawolf for getting me into Paleo/Whole30. You guys helped me get my life back. I am indebted to you all. Thank you to all the other forum members who gave me the pat on the back during the journey (way to many to list). Thanks again!!!

Day 1 - Tabata (late to the party)
While I was doing it I felt fine, and actually thought "is that it?".
As soon as a I finished I felt like dog shit, and half an hour later I still do.
-
^that means you did it right. It gets better. Stick with it.

Haha yeah. I also get serious headaches for maybe 20-30 minutes after but I am used to that from high volume weight training. Just about the only time I get headaches.

I had around 30 minutes of jelly muscle going on afterwards, then after a shower and a sit down I have the whole stiffness thing happening. Looking forward to tomorrow, I actually think it's really good.

Running releases more cortisol and not as much beneficial hormone to offset that versus intense intervals. You know, the whole compare a sprinter's to a marathoner's body, etc.
