2013 Autumn/Winter Pipeline

It's simple economics: nobody forces you to buy in case you rate the subjective value of an item lower than it's retail price. And regarding tattoos: I wonder how often people think: "Hey, it looks kinda shitty, but at least I saved me 50 bucks."

Looking forward to this 101J - love the front yoke on Lee riders, I've found it very flattering. Stormrider/lined would be amazing.
Can I mention the 'P' word?…. -
This jacket will stay effectively as is. IF it sells well, then I may consider doing a Storm Rider. It really depends upon the take up from retailers, jackets sell super slow compared to jeans and shirts. Making them more specialist (lined for eg) and thus more expensive throttles back demand further. Would I buy a IH Storm Rider if it was issued? hell yeah, but that does not mean enough others will.

very nice, will keep a look out as i don't have enough denim outerwear

The original had plastic cinch buttons. They had a rationale for that, but I can't recall what it was.
This is one reason I love iron heart, not a slavish repro. I like these type III style metal cinch buttons. Though, what I would like even more would be branded copper buttons like I've seen on a couple of IH items. This piece would resemble the original (I.e, be more "repro" and contradicting the point I made above, but still being rad) more:

The morning after Fogo de Chao was some NLMS…

Same here. Short and boxy is not my cup of tea.

Ah well, that's me done then. But personally I'd go for the true length it was cut in, but for the masses perhaps go a maximum one inch longer than the original, and that is fucking hard for me to say that, but any longer than that and we are moving into 90's stone washed bullshit and you can watch your sales dry up before you eyes. Remember this a bike based company and all bike jackets (same as cowboy, flight and trucker jackets) were worn on the hips so when you ride your not sitting on your jacket. I personally think long denim jackets are the height of sartorial low self esteem ie those of you wanting the look but who are too worried about hiding your fat ass with long shirt tails and long jackets, those demanding a longer cut with something that has had a over 80 years of development, can either head straight to walmart or fuck off. But that's just me
