Currently:
BrewdogManchester Quantum, 5% Raspberry Stout. Part of the 12 bars 'collab fest'
Going down very well.
More to follow :).
-
Moved on to
BrewdogEdinburgh Marmalade on Toast 6%.
Lots of ginger and orange, pale ale :).
Most of the collab stuff seems to be very dark.
More updates to follow…

Your coaster is killing me.. One promise though: if you smoke one of them menthol fags before or during drinking Belgian beer, I'll shove a sleeve of 'm up your arse… Wrapped with barbwire... And no courtesy "Pucker up!" warning either...
Rofl!!!

Finally found the Sammy cider. It's awesome.
-
Weird beer… Great, great, absolutely great taste...
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Collaboration brew with Stillwater Artisanal Ales (USA). Crowned last week with a golden Award for Best newcomer in the world 2011.This Belgian Strong Ale was married to a still young but powerful style, the Black IPA. You’ll discover a smooth chocolate like strong ale together with the high & bitter hop schedule of an IPA, and you get a great result…

BrewdogAberdeen collab, Black Rocker:
Smoked black rye ale, very smooth…
Last night before I became truly drunk, one of the extremely kind bar staff let me try a taste of Tactical Nuclear Penguin
Extremely nice is all I can remember, I'll have to refresh my memory later.
-
BrewdogBirmingham & Lovibonds collab, happy endings:
Lemongrass and Ginger wheat beer… Refreshing...
-
Growing envy for your Brewdog experience MorP. Beer in the UK really does not get better than that.
-
Trons planning a family visit to Belgium before Christmas maybe…....oh shiiiiiiiiit.
-
Well, it all ends tomorrow :(. Back to Cheshire… I'll just have to call in at the Manchester bar on the way back :).
I have certainly never encountered friendlier or more helpful bar staff...
-
They are great dude, if you ever feel like a trip to the Nottingham Brewdog just give me a shout.
-
We'll confirm the trip and I'll get back to you man, sure I can fly solo for a couple of hours. It will more than likely be Brugge though, the wife loves really old Flemish Art (that is not even a joke).
-
That's very tempting Mega… I'll let you know, not sure whether it'll be this year or next, but it's been probably 13 years since I last went to Nottingham.
And to keep this vaguely on topic:
The frighteningly tasty 0.5% Nanny State, hoppy imperial mild I've started to use as a palate cleanser/ way to pace myself for the inevitable increase up to 32% to round off the evening…
-
I'll get back to you
