I went to Self Edge intending to buy a green 86, but when I saw the fabric of the 87 in person… somehow I was able to justify both of them. As someone who enjoys wearing heavy shirts as jackets, this was too good to resist.

Got mine a week or two ago, didnt work out too small in the chest (figured it would be but had to try). Lucky enough to exchange for the last XXXL 72 in red. 87 is a very nice, heavy, soft, comfy, goodlooking, made too small for big guys dirty lil bastard. I HATE IT

Took it into the woods today…what you see are the ruins of an old tavern. More precisely, the cellar where they matured franconian beer, using iceblocks to keep the temperature constant around 8 °C (so I was told).


Back then, when winters were cold and icy, we used to skate and play hockey on that lake. Today would be the perfect temperature for maturing beer though.
