Hats and Beanies

For me in the winter nothing, and I mean nothing beats my Stormy Kromer. There are pics of me wearing one in the 666xhs thread, so I'll steer from that. If you like history of a garment, this one has it in spades, as George "Stormy" Kromer was a badass who's wife created one of the most truly functional winter hats I have ever owned, all based on the rigors George put it through. Given that these are made upstate from me is a bonus.

How kuul is frogskin? And reversible to chambray? A win to be sure.

That hat is sick! Really like how it looks with the chambray out and the camo under… too bad I have so much blue and I don't like camo by itself too much.... looks good david

"This 100% Wool USA made and sourced watch cap is one of the best hats you can find, period. Made in the US by a small family operating on just a few circular knitting machines that are each about 100 years old, these caps are crafted to stand the test of time. Made to 1940-1960 US Military specifications, which we consider to be one of the best eras in menswear and outerwear" -
Thanks to whoever it was that answered my Homburg question with the Fedora Lounge link, I was able to find and snag this at a steal. 100% pure beaver fur body would have retailed for $250, picked up on ebay new with tags and box for $40. These are usually considered a step up from standard fedoras, but I will likely still wear it casual, maybe even with my tassel loafers
