Ah Bangladesh. Man I can't stand their garment industry. One of my colleagues emigrated from there and worked in the bank on the first floor of the sweatshop that collapsed recently and killed a bunch of workers. He said they have building codes there but that they were ignored. The day before the collapse the manager of the bank saw cracks in the structure and told everyone to stay home the next day. Saved some lives. If only the garment makers gave such a damn.

Picked up some nice old sweatshirts while back… it’s about time I post them…
#1. Vintage Champion reverse weave sweat (orange). Heavy-weight, flat seemed sides… overall great beater sweatshirt for when I’m not wearing my Iron Heart sweatshirt.
#2. NOS Russell Athletics combed cotton sweat (teal). Soft combed cotton, no side seems (ring spun I assume) it says it’s guaranteed for 5 years or free replacing! Much better guarantee than Flint and tinder… ??? It’s certainly expired now, but it’s just cool to see.
There are much better sweats out there(such as loop wheeled with long fiber cotton, etc…), but these old sweats are better than most new ones, only cost a few bucks a piece, and are great to just throw around without considering damaging them … Both are American made too which is kinda cool…

I liked the American Giant hoodie enough that I got another one:

If so someone should cop. -
Yea, Einstein wore loop wheeled sweats…
“Perhaps the most common pictures of Einstein from that time show him happily shuffling around his Princeton study wearing a big gray sweatshirt. Luckily for Einstein, his life coincided with the invention of the cotton sweatshirt – for he was enamored of the soft warm comfortable garment (einsteinatoz.com).”

Studies show Einstein found the sweater 'relatively comfortable'.

Not sure how I feel about short sleeved sweatshirts, but this is the real deal…
